Midgley Bird Rescue

Voluntary Rescue Centre for Birds & Wildlife we are a small non profit making organisation serving the needs of our indigenous wildlife.We have cared for injured,sick and orphaned wildlife for over ten years. And in that time we have saved hundreds of Birds, Bats, Stoats, Weasels, Foxes, Hedgehogs, Rabbits, Squirrels. It has always been our policy to re-release the animals as early as possible back into their natural environment,though on some occasions this is not possible. We guarantee that if an animal is unable to be released, a suitable home or animal sanctuary will be found. Funded by donations only cheques payable to Midgley Bird Rescue.

We are a small, independant recue based in the North east of England
specialising in the care of guinea pigs. Friendly, informal, help and
advice is available via our helpline number or email, but please note, we
are unable to give veterinary advice.
Caring, forever homes are always needed for guinea pigs of all ages, from
babies to oldies needing "retirement homes"! We often have neutered males
available. All animals are healthy, gender guaranteed and non-pregnant,
advice sheets given on care, full back up given. Please note, we are not
breeders and all piggies are genuine rescue cases.
